It's been a month since those low reviews and I can attest that the experience at this hair salon is nothing like they were describing. I booked a last minute hair appointment and the salon owner (Kerry-Ann) was able to squeeze me in. She was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and respectful throughout the entire experience. I learned a long time ago that it's easier to write bad reviews about small businesses, than to address concerns to the owner and finding a compromise. It's a shame how a salon that existed for a long time with positive reviews on other platforms is being weighed down by reviews that could've been handled through simple communication. I recommend trying this place out and getting to know the owner! The prices are reasonable and her professionalism is superb!!
